Why do you train?

I train out of love for it! Training and chasing numbers is part of what I do, it’s a lifestyle to me. I believe wholeheartedly in doing what you enjoy and if you don’t then don’t do it, so for me training is what I love. 

How did you get into training?

I first started training in a gym at around 13-14 years old, but was always involved in sport since I can remember. I started going to the gym when Dec took me one day to come train with him and from then I have never stopped whether it was as an accessory to my sport or as the sport itself, for example powerlifting. 

What’s your why?

My why is really simple. It's because I love it!

What would you like to achieve in the future? 

In the future I would like to be able to say I have helped people find the same enthusiasm in training that I do and to help them achieve their goals. In my training I would like to push myself to achieve the most I can. 

What’s your biggest accomplishment so far? 

So far my biggest accomplishment is being able to say I have started my own brand/business and that I have started to help people accomplish their goals.
