Hi I’m Nathan of Strongbuild Training and I aim to motivate you to attain your goals whatever it may be! Whether this is in group classes or on a 1-2-1 basis, Strongbuild Training aims to develop your lifestyle to make you stronger physically and mentally!
I have a strong passion for health and fitness and have been educating myself for 6 years within this field. In this time I’ve been to college and university where I got my degree in BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science and have had experience working as a fitness coach in professional and semi-professional football clubs!
With this being said I’m still focusing and constantly developing my coaching skills to progress myself and my clients further! My main aim is to provide a positive environment, whether it’s having a laugh or supporting clients as they continue to progress!
