Nathan is a Personal Trainer who coaches out of Fitcess Gym. Nathan has his own company, Strongbuild Training, where he works with specific performance training. However, Nathan can also help you improve with powerlifting, muscle growth and general fitness.

I have a strong passion for health and fitness and have been educating myself for 5+ years within this field. In this time I’ve been to college and university where I got my degree in BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science and have had experience working as a fitness coach in professional and semi-professional football clubs!
With this being said I’m still focusing and constantly developing my coaching skills to progress myself and my clients further! My main aim is to provide a positive environment, whether it’s having a laugh or supporting clients as they continue to progress!
